The 2017 ACT awards was a very special night as our Founder and now President Barbara Herd was rightfully recognised into the ACT Hall of Fame! Barbara set up ‘SCAMPS’ (now TEMPO) over 30 years ago and her commitment to our society and the world of amateur theatre is outstanding. Over her years with SCAMPS/TEMPO Barbara has taken on many roles including Producer and Chairman and has always had an active role is making the wonderful and glamorous costumes for our cast. We are so grateful for everything Barbara has done for us over the years, we would not be here without her!
